Introduction
Date of session - 21 Apr 2018
Organization behavior - The pre-class understanding that it will be discussions and facts about different organizations, their uniqueness and how as individuals we need to fit into them. This understanding lasted only first 3 minutes or so. I got a feel that we will be exploring more about the people who form the organization.
Five question and suddenly the whole class is on fire. Even though I had the space to answer only a couple, the answers by our class mates were quite interesting. The highlighted words helped me to see some strong and funny views as well. So-many perspectives for just one question. Some of them were my bygone perspective ;) that triggered nostalgia.
We did set some expectations from the course, Flow, perfection, and excellence. Looking forward to reaching there.
Two take away:-
(a) Just five questions and a diaspora of views. How do you as an organization, maximize the coverage of views and at the same time do not dilute the organization's goal? Need to find answer.
(b) Planning to watch Rocket Singh, I am curious to know if he survives there?

Update:- Rocket Singh was an interesting watch. It gave a fell that the 'people factor' is still alive.
